Travel back to Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, in 1605, and step into the world of Alonso Quijano—better known as Don Quijote. Inspired by Miguel de Cervantes’ classic, we’ll recreate traditional dishes mentioned in the book, offering a true taste of La Mancha.

This year, the event is buffet-style, and the ticket includes food and non-alcoholic drinks. A cash bar will feature Spanish wines and a crafted cocktail for the occasion. You can also pre-purchase a wine flight online or get it at the door at a discounted price.

Main Dishes
• Duelos y Quebrantos:
A rustic dish famously mentioned in Don Quijote, made from scrambled eggs, chorizo, and bacon — hearty and traditional.
• Atascaburras:
A comforting dish of salted cod mashed with potatoes, garlic, and olive oil, typical of Castilla-La Mancha.
• Pisto Manchego:
A Spanish ratatouille made of tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, and onions simmered in olive oil, often topped with a fried egg.
• Migas:
